Equipment returned but £50 bill received

Hi, after our Talktalk contract finished we returned our equipment but today was emailed to be notified of a £50 bill due on the 11th June. Please cancel this bill as the equipment has been returned and I do not want notification of a late payment charge in a few days time. Thank you.

The charge has been removed as there is a note showing the equipment has been returned.

Your thread is in the queue for attention, @Clare_H, so you should get a reply from staff Monday to Friday. 

 

I will also escalate this, so that they know to add your case to the list....

It really is appalling that this is still going on considering how long people have been complaining about this issue.

 

If you still have your tracking number then its well worth adding that into the private notes section of your profile for the oces to see.
