Extended contract

I recently clicked on an email link to extend my contract for another 24 months, with the promise of a new Wifi HUB

It went through OK and said I would have further confirmation within a few days, but I still have not had any confirmation.

I note from the forum that others have had issues.It says in my account that it is showing as contract end date as per the new agreement

Could you please check my account to check it has as all gone through ok and check I am going to be sent a new wifi HUB

Could you also check that my existing discounts have been applied as per my current agreement.

I can confirm that your contract has been renewed as of 29.11.19.  On faster fibre, with the speed boost for £22.95 per month. 

 

The Wifi hub is in the process of being sent and should be with you this week.
