Hi. We received an e mail about the free Echo Dot and Smart Plug on 13/04/21 if we renewed for 18 months. We renewed on 26/05/2021 to Fibre 65 and were told we would be sent a code via e mail 37 days after renewal. Our renewal date was 8th July and we have still not received a code. This is almost 10 weeks. Where is our code?
