Signed up to Fibre 65 with TalkTalk and eventually went live on 5/7/21 (approx 39 days later than originally planned ... very long story). Anyway, I am now due an £80 Amazon gift voucher but have not received anything as yet … the initial email provided a link to click to check on voucher status BUT when clicking on the link to check the status of my voucher I receive a response from a company who claim they are not the issuing company of said voucher. What is going on and where is my voucher? Who should I contact to get the Voucher?
