FIBRE-65 GIFT VOUCHER MISSING £80

joined Fibre 65 to talktalk and go live on 27/4/21 . I am now due my £80 gift voucher which is overdue and have not received any email and when clicking on the link to check the status of my voucher I receive a response from a company who claim they are not the issuing company of said voucher.

The Voucher will be dispatched in the next few days

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for an email from Giftcloud.

Its a 3rd party company that issue the vouchers, I have chased them up today. 

 

Will let you know when they reply.

@mrschan36. Thank you for your patience. 

 

The thread you started nearly 3 weeks ago didn't escalate into the workflow for staff attention. Their software is glitchy just now, and I'll tell them that it failed in this instance. 

 

I'll remove the post you added to another customer's thread, as it won't receive a response from staff. 

 

Stick to this one now, and please look out for a response from forum staff in the next couple of days or so.
