Just had the openreach engineer tell me I had a defective pole and couldn`t install the FTTP today (what a carry on)
but my main question is, will my existing fibre account remain active and not just randomly disconnect due to the mess up ?
I don`t expect it to but stranger things have happened and just wanted to be certain !

Thanks, I just thought I`d better check due to miscommunications and people pressing buttons on my account randomly.
