Fibre 150 deal, with a free Alexa - when do i get the Alexa?

I have recently signed up to the Fibre 150 deal, with a free Alexa etc and free calls.

I have the call package, but there is no mention anywhere now of the Alexa.

When am I likely to receive it?

Ive chased this up for you, hopefully it will be sorted this week.

It's now coming up to 5 months since I signed up to Talk Talk and the Alexa and Smart plug was part of the package.

Still no word from TalkTalk on the whereabouts of these items.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to escalate this?

I've had no communication from TalkTalk about the Amazon Gift etc..

You should receive an Amazon Gift code 37 days from when the order goes live. Can you advise if your order went live within the last 37 days?
