If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number or account number we will then be able to start to help.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

@Chris139 If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

yes ,you should get an e-mail next and another email with a voucher code ,which can take up too 37 days .Im still waiting for my voucher code after 14 days ?
