Fibre leaving charge and credit in account

Hi

 

I'm due to leave early (never managed to get a better deal till after the price increase and 30 day no charge window expired, even though I was on a fixed contract *eyeroll).  But that's not my problem. I'm being charged £59 leaving fee and I don't even mind that either, I vote with my feet.

 

I have purposely credited my account with £60, will the £59 be taken from that please? I don't wanna pay twice like in the past where I got a final bill and that was taken by DD and the credit in my account was sitting for months before it was credited back to me.

Ok, your bill is produced 2 days before you actually leave us, so the cancellation charge will appear next month 17/8/21 we can clear it at that point. 

 

Post back here and we can handle it.

As far as I can see I'll switch on the 19th is still progressing fine with my new ISP

Thanks for confirming security.  

 

Have you been given a switchover date from your new provider,  our side is showing a delay. 

 

In relation to the charge we will return the cancellation fee once the final bill is produced.
