I renewed my contract in September 2021 For a couple pounds extra per month there was an option to include an echo dot and a smart plug. i haven’t received these items or any info on how to claim them I called was on phone over 1 hour to be told I’m not eligible for the items even though I’m now paying more monthly for 24 months
