Hi. My service was disconnected on 22/09/2021. I have not had my final bill yet. I believe I am supposed to get this within 10 days of disconnection? Can anyone on the talktalk team help?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

I don't know what gave you that impression? Your next bill will arrive on around the same day of the month as usual and will show either a final credit/debit balance showing as appropriate. If you have a credit you can claim that back via My Account. Once the balance is at zero then you will get a final bill.
