Hi,
I keep getting emails saying I have a final bill.
When I go into MY account.
it actually shows that talk talk owe me money.
Can someone contact me about this ? Where has Live Chat gone ?

Click on Chat Now.
If you can't see it, disable pop up blockers and maybe try another browser.

where is Chat I can see nothing ? I used to use Chat all the time.

The only section which works in billing anymore for my user is "PreviousBills".
The amount in this do not line up with the bill I have been sent. Which appears to be for a month I didnt have talk talk (I think.).
There is no direct debit anymore and there appears to be no way to pay within my account. If I click on make a payment nothing comes up.
Im trying to upload a image but it doesnt seem to allow me.
I have notified talk talk here.
Unless you can give me futher instructions as far as Im concerned the account is now settled.

Hi @scu98rkr
You will continue to receive notifications until the balance is zero.
Log into My Account, click on View my bill, and there will be a claim a refund option.

You should be able to claim it back through My Account. Easy if you kept your Direct Debit details in place; otherwise they will send you a cheque.
