I went live on the 18th march ,got my first bill and it has a extra £3.77 on it for boost ,chat says it's only a one off but I dont understand why it's happened for a first bill  has any other members had this happen and why .

Hi no it doesn't and online chat said it's a one off and next month my bill will be the usual price I signed up for. Will wait and see what my next bill says .

If you sign in to your MyAccount and look at the bill having selected Detailed view does that explain the part charge for the Boost?

According to my bill it's for BOOST ,

Your first bill 

 

The help article explains that the first bill may have part-month charges for your services to cover the period between the start of service and the billing date. The overall first 'month' bill may therefore be a bit higher than the regular monthly bills (excluding chargeable extras like call costs or TV rentals etc).

 

Does this tie in with what you see?
