Hello 

when I upgraded my internet I signed up to receive the free Amazon dot and smart plugs which I havnt received the email for it’s been over the 37 days 

 

any help would be apreiciated

Definitely start your own thread, @Kirk71.

 

Staff will only reply to the original poster, particularly for issues where it's important to avoid confusion between customers' accounts. 

 

You need to return to the message board and click on start a topic. 

 

Also add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details. This is for staff to identify your account. 

 

You need to go via your; settings; launch profile wizard.

Good morning,

Not sure if I should start a new thread, or add to this one,  but I have the same issue. I've renewed my account, and should have received the Amazon dot. Nothing yet arrived - could you advise please
