Free Amazon Alexa and smart plug

Hi,

 

I recently renewed my fibre 65 package and was told I could claim a free alexa and smart plug.

I am still awaiting my code to do this.

I have looked for an email or a support chat and there doesn't appear to be one.

 

Can anyone please advise who I contact about missing code.

Hi,

I've responded to and done everything requested, the last response was early Friday. Could you please get back to me regarding this. Currently it feels a bit of a scam offer, which is very dissappointing from talktalk.

For staff to identify your account, add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @hengreer.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

Staff will reply during the week (Monday to Friday). Any notification emails you receive are from a No Reply address, so always post back on here to reply.
