I recently renewed my fibre 65 package and was told I could claim a free alexa and smart plug.
I am still awaiting my code to do this.
I have looked for an email or a support chat and there doesn't appear to be one.
Can anyone please advise who I contact about missing code.

I've responded to and done everything requested, the last response was early Friday. Could you please get back to me regarding this. Currently it feels a bit of a scam offer, which is very dissappointing from talktalk.
