I upgraded my service over a month ago, the offer was to receive my choice of either a Ring Indoor camera or an echo dot.
I have still not received the voucher for me to order.

I would have chosen the indoor camera, when upgrading I selected the Fibre65 including tech pack which was advertised on my account as £27 a month as my account was due for renewal. So appears I have been falsely targeted into taking out a new 18 month contract
