Free Indoor Ring Camera not arrived?

Hello, I upgraded my packages with the promise of a free indoor ring camera. This still hasn’t arrived 3 months after the end of my initial 90 days. I cant see anything on the website and am struggling to get through to anyone on the phone. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what did you do?

Hello. I have been waiting for this camera for around 9 months now. Considering these are readily available in shops or online I cant understand the reason for delay. I'm starting to feel like this was a scam to attract customers and isn't acceptable.
