I upgraded from Fibre 65 to Future Fibre 500 a couple of weeks ago
I can no longer login to "My account" on the TalkTalk website to view bills etc
I have tried multiple password resets, but I keep getting the below error message when I try to login:
The email address or password entered is incorrect. Please re-enter your email and / or password and try again.

Looks like there was a mismatch in our backend server of My Account, your account was showing as not registered. I have cleared the error out, but you will need to re-register for My Account via the my account website www.talktalk.co.uk/login
