Getting my bill and billing items

I spotted that I received an unrequested item. I was told it would be changed. It hasn't and had been taken through DD. I received my April bill an the item has been billed again. My request for paperless billing has also been completely ignored!  Not happy!!!

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
