I joined TalkTalk back in march and was offered a gift card when I joined that I would receive after 90 days, it completely slipped my mind and it only recently popped into my mind that I had never received it, I know it was a while ago but how do I go about receiving it?

Please keep an eye on your spam/junkmail folders for an email from giftcloud.

It was through go compare that sent me to the TalkTalk website and I think it was £80. It said there would be option to pick where the gift card was for when I was eligibly to redeem it, I can't remember what the options were.

If you can advise through which site you joined along with the value of the card and who it was for then the support team will gladly look into this for you.
