Hi,
I signed up for Fibre 65 Broadband with the offer of a £100 Gift Card.
It has been more than 90 days and I have not received this. I have also tried to follow this up via broadband choices but this has just generated an auto reply with no answers whatsoever.
Please advise how I can claim this voucher.

You must start your own thread, @TruTrinity, as it's important not to muddle different customers' accounts on the same thread.
Staff will only reply to the original poster.
Please return to the billing message board and click on start a topic.
Also add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, for staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
Staff will respond to your thread after they get back, so Monday to Friday.

Hi,
I joined in august on the £100 gift card offer after 90 days.
I chased it up and was told to wait 90 days, as yet I am still waiting.
Is there anyway of chasing this up please, it would seem I am not alone

Please keep an eye on your spam/junkmail folders for an email from giftcloud.
