I am trying to chase a reward that was offered to switch to TalkTalk. I however need an Order ID that I cannot find anywhere on any documentation. Can you please advise me on where I can find this.

Add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @RobGee, for staff to identify your account. 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

If they don't respond today, please check back after the weekend.
