We are still waiting for our gift voucher and it is a long time after the 90 day waiting period. Not happy, feel quite ripped off especially as having difficulty with the fibre broadband via your router and a powerline extender. Not the best and looking at the multitude of other customers in similar situations, I doubt I will be renewing unless things drastically improve.

These things take weeks? Are you having a laugh? Voucher should be issued 90 days after start date. That was in November so begs the question why am I waiting 2 months beyond the 90 days? It takes someone longer to read/reply this post than check my details to sort out the voucher. Absolute joke. Apologies for the abruptness but we moved our broadband to you in good faith of the offer being fulfilled which you clearly are not doing. I can bet there would be an immediate stop to my service if I stopped my payments to you.
