How do I find out when I will be receiving my gift card? I signed up with Talk talk in October and there is still no sign of it yet?

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details, @Sabjon129, for staff to identify your account. 

Add your Talktalk landline number by going via your avatar/name; settings; Profile Wizard.
