I was offered a voucher for staying with TT back in mid December but have had no further correspondence about it. I'm starting to think it was an empty promise 😕
How can I chase this up?

The £40 credited was credited as an extra, as I mentioned that the speed did not increase with the switch to a better spec of broadband.
The voucher was offered previous to the credit to rival the voucher that Vodafone was offering (as I had already switched). It was for over £100 and the main reason why we decided to stay.
This is ridiculous, the call took place on 14/12/21 at 5.16pm
