Gift cloud voucher not received

Hi, can you help please. 
I signed up at the end of January 2022 and used the £85 gift card offer. I was told this would be sent with instructions of how to claim within 90 days and I’ve received nothing. Can you help please? This was a large part of the reason I selected Talk Talk and I took screenshots as I clicked through the screens so can see the offer was there at point of purchase.
