Good news, managed to use online chat to fix for another 18 months at the "new customer" rate of £21.95 for fibre rather than the £23.50 in "offers and upgrades".

 

As I was in the last month of my contract, no extra fees and hopefully it'll all be updated correctly.

 

When using live chat, select the "Leaving" option and you get connected to the right people first time.

 

Bad news, @Gondola and @ferguson , you've got to put up with me for a while longer !
