I’ve been trying to call customer services to cancel my contract but no one is answering. I understand Covid-19 means staff levels must be lower than usual however, as i live on benefits and REALLY can’t afford to keep my package, how on earth am i supposed to cancel? I need to get this sorted asap. Do i just stop all bank payments?

things are changing day by day so please wait and see as they might not be able to help and the staff on phone are geting a lot of calls so the system is limted to the number of calls to allow
