Haven't received order confirmation email

Afternoon,

I placed a Fibre upgrade order last week and still haven't received a confirmation email, I've checked my junk folder as well.

Luckily I took note of my order number, N82696057.

 

Could someone check into this for me and resent the email please.

Hi @Kitty93

 

I have checked your account and the order has a problem, So I would suggest calling our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046 and they will need to replace the order.

Hi @Kitty93 good news that the order is in the system! I Th team here will help you with the literature bu possibly not till Monday as they work office hours

@Divsec Yes, there's an open order on my account. But the information available in this doesn't included prices that I'm going to pay nor does it state that I've selected Fixed price plan.

 

I want written confirmation about my upgrade including prices.
