Hi I placed a 30 days leaving notice on my account 4 days ago which I wish to withdraw if possible, I’m having issues with my internet and multi room box does not seem to load my subscribed channels up I need to update my broadband to the best there is can you help on this also!

just to confirm you do not wish to transfer your service away from us. There is no cancel request on your account that I can see.
In relation the tv issue please check our TV section i think there is a ongoing issue with that.
