Hi I’ve not been able to pay my bill for the 23rd of this months due to being in isolation I haven’t been able to get to the bank to put money in. Does anyone know if they’ll cut my WiFi etc off?

We understand that this is not a normal situation that we find ourselves in,We want to make sure that service isnt lost so we have plans in place for this type of issue.
