Home Move Online Error

Hello, 

 

I have been trying to move my account to my new home and I got this message:

 

We're unable to progress with your home move request

Important notice

To complete your home move please give us a call on 0800 542 8081 for FREE from your TalkTalk landline.

 

I can't get in touch by phone as I don't have a landline either.

 

Could you please tell me what I can do in this case?

There's no overnight Customer Service, @yinx89, but if you try Chat, after 9am in the morning, they should be able to advise you.

Otherwise, just wait for staff to reply on here. Business hours, Monday to Friday.

Thank you for your quick response!

The problem is that I can't make a phone call, whether it's free or not.

Isn't there an alternative process for reporting my move?

But if you currently have a service with TalkTalk then you do have a landline @yinx89, whether you use it or not is another matter.

Also free from a mobile, @yinx89, probably. 

 

If so, just use that number.
