In November 21 I switched to Talktalk on the premise that I would receive a £75 Gift Card, which was to be claimed through Giftcloud, as per the attached confirmation at the time of order.
The installation went live on the 14th December 2021 and it has been more than 90 days but I have not received an email to register for a voucher.?
Please can you confirm how I can claim the Gift Voucher.
