How do I upgrade to £25 Fibre 65 contract as an existing customer?

I am an existing customer and have been received a letter offering an upgrade to Fibre 65 for £25 per month.  When I log in to the website the option is not available for that price.  Help

Whilst I can't promise anything, try talking to the loyalty department (0345 172 5157). They normally have the best deals.
