How to claim £50 Reward Card

Hi,

I renewed my contract on or about 11th Jan 2022 and as part of my deal was offered a £50 Reward Credit Mastercard. Can anyone advise of how I claim the Reward Card as nothing received in any emails to date. I check my spam folder regularly.
