Just been checking my account and noticed that I have Fibre, phone and TV - but I've never had a TT Tv box? Anyone else had this? Would contact TT Customer Support, but can't seem to find how!

Not sure why but TV always seems to be included in the package title.
On your bill, you will see a separate monthly charge of £4 if you actually are paying for TV. If its not included it's not part of your package.
If you wish support staff to look into this further please post back as you are in the staff's queue for a response.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
