As above, I'm trying to pay my bill. That requires signing into my account, but the login area isn't recognising my email address at all. I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong area, but it is very hard to navigate to the correct area for this issue.

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.
If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

@ElvPresidente, it's possible to make a payment over the phone. Check on this page - at least there's no need for the email address to do it this way:
