I never asked to have TalkTalk TV

Hi,

I called talktalk today and renewed my contract.

Now I see that I have talktalk TV in my account on www.talktalk.co.uk - I did not request it!

I have never had talktalk TV before - so why was it foisted upon me?

How do I go about removing it from my account?

Do i REALLY need TalkTalk TV? You will still need the TV aspect of your package to receive any Boost channels or any youview related on demand content via the TV. Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage.

@LondonJay, you can ring 03451 720046 and tell them that you didn't want it, and they should remove it for you. Reopens 9am.

 

However, check as it may just be the description of the package. It doesn't always mean that it's been added as a chargeable item.
