Incorrect contract breakage fee

I have been charged a £176.39 contract breakage fee despite informing customer services in advance I was leaving due a price increase email.

 

Can someone get this charge removed please? Name and number are in my profile.

Thanks, I phoned them up as instructed in the price rise email.
