Just to clarify this, once the minutes are used you are charged standard call rates, The minutes are renewed in line with your billing dates, once the monthly payment is due that's when the minutes start again.
We dont have a facility for an alert system sorry.

Thanks for the reply. There is no mention in the article about cost of calls after the 1500 minute allowance, i.e. if this will be the discount rate or the standard rate.
Is there anyway to get an alert via email when the limit has been reached during the month?
Is the monthly allowance per calender month or per month from the Boost is added?

Calls to countries which are not included in the International Max Boost will not deduct off the 1500 minutes allowance, but they are guaranteed discounted prices, further details here; International call costs - TalkTalk Help & Support This article also advises the Standard Call Rate after you've exceeded your allowance.

It reads as though the standard rate would kick in for the 55 countries after 1500 mins.
Presumably similarly the standard rate for all the others once the 1500 mins is used up.
I agree, it's very confusing.
Help from staff hopefully in the coming days for further clarification!
