Hello, my internet has down all weekend and still down now on Monday. When I spoke to someone on Saturday they said the engineers do not work on Sunday so there is no chance it would be fixed by Monday.
When I log into my account it says my internet will be fixed in 2-3 days (see attachment screen shot) which is not ideal as I work from home. I've had to pay for a shared office which I cannot really afford.
Am I eligible for compensation, as my internet has been down for 3 days?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

@will1919 , this article explains the rules regarding compensation.
However, until the fault is fixed and the number of days without service is known the process will not start.
There is no interim payment, you'll have to wait like everyone else.
