Thanks for your post. Has your service started since your post?

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

What service have you ordered ?

 

Have you actually received a message that your service is active ?

 

If you have Fast Broadband or Fibre 35/65 does your phone work and does dialing 17070 get a readback of your allocated number ?

 

What router do you have and what light(s) is showing ?
