Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction to a chat feature that enables me to discuss matters about my account with Talk Talk staff rather than an online community?

Found it. DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials in Vivaldi and Firefox was the problem. Worked OK in my "virgin" no-extensions version of Edge.

The help page has a chat button. Our live chat team scroll down and select.
If you have cookie blocking / tracker blocking active in your browser you may need to pause that to allow Chat to function.

I want to sort out something to do with upgrades and costs, which I would do with Live Chat. The link here goes to a page without Live Chat. Where is the place to initiate a Live Chat, or has TalkTalk decided to do away with this exactly at the time people may want to speak to them about things connected with the service and the mega-price hikes?
