There's been a recurring issue with Talktalk taking payments for my mobile (they have no such issues with the internet payments) and I'm now being charged extra fees because their system isn't working properly.
I've tried calling and selecting "mobile" when prompted.
"Sorry, due to an error with our system we can't answer your call." *click*
I've tried calling and selecting "internet and home phone" when prompted, in the hopes of at least being connected to someone. I was on hold for so long I gave up.
I've tried to simply find the "live chat" on the website, but every time I click on any link that supposedly takes me there, it just takes me to the landing page of the community section, with no live chat option in sight.
Losing the will to live.

You will have to call our mobile customer service teams and discuss this, unfortunately we have no access to the mobile systems on the community.
