I have just joined 3 days back and waiting on pack arriving when I login account to view status it tells me there’s an issue on my account to contact web chat I’ve spend 3 hours over past two days trying to join online chat being told too busy and exiting I’ve phoned twice with it ringing out

Unfortunately It looks like the order has cancelled, So I would suggest calling our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046 or try our Live chat service To place a new order.

Staff won't be back on here before Monday, @Stuwalk.

 

I'm afraid that Chat / phone is the only option over the weekend.
