Well I am still waiting for compensation after no service for 6 weeks. Was told I would receive this within 30 days, this hasn’t happened despite emails calls and forum. So today I receive my latest bill, could not believe the insult to injury, bill increased by £1 unannounced, unexplained and only 6 months in to 18 months contract. I can not believe it, hilariously disgraceful.

OCE Arne explained the position regarding auto compensation in response to your earlier post here.

 

The standard cost of the UK Calls Boost increased from £10 to £12 in January, looks like you may be on a half-price deal which would explain the £1 rise.
