I was told a few days ago that the £12.50 charge on my bill would be taken off within 24 hours but it is still pending. How long should I wait before contacting talktalk again?

Hi Zoelouuu97,

 

The adjustment won't reflect on your bill as this has already been generated. You can check if the charge has been credited back to you via the transaction history in My Account Your tranction history

Sorry, this thread didn't escalate into the workflow, @Zoelouuu97. The software keeps letting us down. 

 

I'll do that now for you  - there's a queue for attention on here, though,  so it might take a day or two to get a reply from TT staff. 

 

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
