I am leaving talktalk, having been with tiscali since the days of dial in broadband, but I need to pursue an item on my previous bills. Time is running out, my switch is looming and due to the pandemic combined with call centre issues in South Africa, it has been impossible to make any progress with my query. My question is, will I be able to access the community and chat online with customer service after the switch? The alternative would be to write to talktalk. What address do I write to? I imagine I will return to talktalk once my problem is resolved. I have been very satisfied with talktalk all these years and the talktalk community is fantastic.

Yes, there's not a problem using the forum when you have left.
You'll still need to keep your community forum profile details showing the Talktalk landline number, to link your query to your account for staff to investigate.
You don't have to be logged in to use the Chat facility for help. It's available for queries.
