Misleading Upgrade Advice

Talktalk Customer team,

 

This is very disappointing.

 

I have been using TalkTalk fibre for 2 years and yesterday was given the following upgrade:
Fibre 65 / 24 months / £29.95

 

However, I can now see a deal for non-customers:

Fibre 65 + TV / 18 months / £27.00 (with slightly higher connections speed)

Can I please have this deal instead, and an explanation as to why existing customers are not being treated equally?
