Missing £100 cashback from Topcashback

Hi, like several other users have reported on the forum, I have not received the cash back offered when signing up through Topcashback website. I have already lodged a missing cash back on Topcashback with no progress at all.

My my original order placed on 15 November 2019. The cashback amount was £100 for a Superfast Fibre with speed boost.

Any help solving this would be appreciated.
